One Exam Down! 29th Oct 2025

Hello Everybody!
I really thought I was gonna make a blog post yesterday but I spent so much time talking and thinking about it I forgot haha!
If the blog seems weird today I'm both listening to and channeling This Energy. I have a huge level of respect for people who make these non-ai covers in character. To not only be able to nail the voice but to be able to stay in character the whole time is just so incredible.
I can think of a few notable ones being the afforementioned guy who pretends to be Toad, Karl Weezer singing slow dancing in the dark (this one is so good I forgot what the original song sounds like) and iirc Jschlatt did a chrismas album (thats not in character but it carries the fuck ai mentality.
There is a medium to high likelyhood that I create a playlist of these. If I do it'll be HERE.

Right so I did an english exam yesterday. I think I did pretty well, I wrote a total 13 pages across 3 essays, my personal favourite being my 4 page speech on trans-rights (what did you expect me to protest about lmao).
I got two more exams this friday although I'm only really looking out for the Maths. I have sort of resigning on psychology because it's impacting me more trying to commit it to memory than I care to be frank. My adhd meds have a 3 hour effect and I took it 1 hour before my 3 hour exam so those last 45 minutes were ROUGH lol. Staring at a page lost.

Other news I watched RIO for the first time yesterday with Oasis and a few other people. It's like
alright I guess
Oasis is weirdly obsessed with it in like a "this is a fundamental part of my livelyhood" kind of way but thats not a bad thing lol. You should ask her about the main bird guy. I forgot his name but he's Jesse Eisenberg (Not spelling that right nor do I care to gooogle it).

Thats probably it from me today, the stardew valley sounds my keyboard makes as I type are endearing only for the first 10 minutes.

Back Again, Tiny Website Update 27th Oct 2025

Hey ya'll!
Popping back in to give a heads up about what I've done today so this should be short.

Gallery page and blog page are obviously working, there will be more art in the gallery soon. I see there are a few of my friends in the chat so thank you so much!!

Music Updates is probabaly the last thing thats getting done considering its just stuff I'm listening to rn, my friends music, and a music player if i can get it working.
The TTRPG tab is for Scoundrel so that stuff will be there soon, maybe I will also put a summary of my dnd campaign when it starts.
Worldbuildings will be split into 3 sections. Gonyoma (scoundrel setting). The Absurd (campaign setting + other stuff). Un-named story (I'm working on a web'comic'/novel thing. Kinda oc stuff if you wanna call it that)

Anyway I'm bloody tired so I'll check in tomorrow - Lyn

Blog Post the First!! 27th Oct 2025

It's funny, now that I actually have the blog page up I can't think of what I want to say here.
I'm super excited to make a website, I explain like a little bit about why on the main page and there are many many reasons. However I think the event that actually sparked my production of this was a few days ago when I saw a Tumblr post about how Americans are the majority of the internet. Whilst I think that's wrong and I think that person has an extremely small world view, I couldn't help but feel as though there was some merit to it. That I couldn't think of more Australian internet spaces/persons than Americans really frustrated me, so I think this was my way of re-colonising? the internet. To make it feel less American for me.

I want to give a huge thank you to the wonderful Oasis for having a website before me, which in turn made me jealous enough to make this. In addition to all her help in making this - including but not limited to - showing me the chat/comment thing, trying to fix an issue that didn't actually exist (bloody search engine cache not updating), and making patrick star noises at me while saying she doesn't know how to do the thing I'm trying to do!

There will be many more blog posts in the future me thinks, you'll probably get one tomorrow when I get back from my english examination.
